Hope & Care Community Services exists to support people across our community — people with disability, older Australians, young people in transition, and individuals who need coordinated support to live safely and independently.

Everybody's situation is unique to them, a concept we comprehensively understand and place at the heart of everything we do. We understand the need for empowerment, independence and companionship, allowing us being able to give individuals with disabilities the exact services they need to increase their quality of life, happiness and overall wellbeing, while empowering them to live safe in the knowledge that their lives are, and always will be, their own.
